Court Case: Saki-West PDP Youths Give Leaders 48Hrs Ultimatum To Settle House of Reps Primary Issue.
Recall, on 23rd of May this year held House of Representatives Primary election of PDP SakiWest L.G which happened to be a contest between the trio of Dr Lukman Adisa Adamawa, Hon Omirinde Najeemdeen and Bar. Sarafadeen Onijo and Dr Lukman Adisa Adamawa emerged the flag bearer.
The aftermath of Primary election had so far been a source of trauma to the party loyalist in Saki West PDP when Bar Sarafadeen Onijo (one of contestant) challenged the whole party, the party House of Representatives candidate and the INEC to the court of law, so also Hon Najeemdeen Omirinde equally stand a plaintiff in the same court of law against the party in a recent suit file against Party, flag bearer and INEC few days ago.
Their actions triggered protests amongst PDP Youth in Saki West L.G in today's 16th, Aug general meeting and they vow to do their worst if the situation persist beyond 48 hours.
According to a party loyalist whose name withheld, the court case has been a bugbear to the party peace and financial stability since they've been spending exorbitantly on a needles case petition by a single individual whose claimed to be a party member, the court case set a significant backwardness to the party momentum in term of campaign movement and it's becoming a distraction to the party progress which if care is not taking might lead to failure of the party in upcoming general election God forbid.
Youth has vow to deal with whoever conspire against the progress of PDP SakiWest and issues 48hours ultimatums to the stakeholders to call plaintiff's to order and withdraw court case against the party in order to achieve awaiting victory in 2023 general election.
