2023: "We Shall Ensure Electoral Victory, Seyi Makinde Gave Oyo State Its Face Lift", Team TOMT Saki West Promises.

 


The support group of Tamoniminini Olufunke Makinde Team (TOMT) in Saki West chapter, have thrown their weight behind the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Oyo State, His Excellecy Engr Seyi Makinde, saying that they will ensure electoral victory to all PDP candidates in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.


The coordinator of the groups, Hon Olabode Adeniyi, disclosed the endorsement of all the candidates in a meeting held at the party's Secretariat, Isale-oro Saki .

He stressed further that the TOMT groups is a platform which also allows women's participation in politics. Hence, they are fully empowered because they are the root of grassroots and the major assignment is to ensure that electorates votes will be delivered for all PDP candidates because the party believes in their intellectual capacity and collective efforts in resuscitating the affairs of our various Constituencies, State and Nigeria in particular.

 However, much appreciations was genuflected to Oyo State First Lady, Engr Mrs Tamoniminini Olufunke Makinde and the State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde for his giant strides achievements recorded in Saki and OkeOgun at large

It was stated that he had performed wonderfully well in his first Term in ensuring Oyo State receives its facelifts from poverty to prosperity. 


"If Makinde is elected again, it would bring more massive development to the state as we have confidence in him that would deliver dividends of democracy to the people of Oyo state on his Agenda for Omituntun 2.0 for sustainable development and expansion of Oyo State economic", Hon Olabode says 

The meeting had in attendance; the Saki West PDP Woman Leader, Woman Leader across the Eleven (11) Ward in Saki, the Youth Leader and members of councilors, Supervisory councilors, Special Assistant, other political functionaries and stalwarts

In response to Dr. Lasisi Olagunju's comment, the commissioner, Prince Dotun Oyelade, claimed that within the last five years, Governor Seyi Makinde constructed roads totaling 150km, allowing travel from Ibadan to Ogbomosoland without touching a federal road. Prince Dotun Oyelade specifically said: "As a matter of fact, " you can now ply the Ibadan-Iseyin road and from Iseyin to Ogbomosoland, a distance of 150km without stepping on a federal road; all constructed by Gov.
