HON SALAMI LUKUMAN ADISA ADAMAWA PhD; AND HIS PLANS FOR OLD IFEDAPO FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY

The perfect gauge for a politician seeking elective office in Nigeria is his or her plans. This, like a mirror, reflects his or her intention and provides a clearer understanding of what to expect when such a politician is elected into that office. 

This was the focus of my discreet assessment of the candidates of the two main political parties, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) angling for Old Ifedapo Federal Constituency Seat in the forthcoming general election.

And by all measures, one of the candidates, Hon (Dr) Salami Lukman Adisa, of the PDP, proved more prepared for the daunting task that lies ahead. Unlike the opaqueness that typically defines the plan of his main challenger, Hon Taju Abisodun of the APC, And Hon Jide Olatunbosun Of Labour Party Respectively. Hon ADAMAWA was plainly clear on what constituents can expect from him should he get elected Come February this year as he has Undoubtedly prepared beyond the office he intends to Occupy come February this year.

Anchored on a six(6) point agenda, Hon ADAMAWA showed he understands the needs of the people in the district and will work to provide them for constituents. Take for instance, his commitment to transparency hence and accountability in his plan if elected as a lawmaker to the hallowed Chamber of the Federal House Of Representatives. What that clearly showed was that he plans to be open to constituents, and as against the unpalatable experience of the past, ensure that the constituents does not get deprived of its entitled benefits.

It is an open secret that Saki East/West & Atisbo Federal Constituency Were hugely shortchanged And Deprived Of Many Good Governmental Project, especially when compared to some neighboring constituency in the state in terms of government presence. Correcting this anomaly requires someone with the capacity and zeal to offer effective representation by making the list Of The Decision Makers In Nigeria, which is the hallmark of Hon ADAMAWA Contention.

Equally endearing about the choice of Hon ADAMAWA, is his plan to pursue educational advancement, IT literacy enhancement, and employment opportunities as a representative. Looking at the statistics of out-of-school children and unemployment is usually distressing, and to now see Hon ADAMAWA factor resolving the problems in his plan showed he actually meant well for the people of OLD IFEDAPO federal constituency this time Around As He Believes that His Previous Political Offices Were Nothing But A Learning Opportunity That Will Undoubtedly Embellish The Beauty Of the tasks ahead him come 2023.

On a further look, Hon ADAMAWA plan for youth and women is revolutionary because unlike what is obtainable in the past, the target here is to ensure their self-sustainability. This means that the skill acquisition and empowerment to be implemented under this plan will be structured in a way that helped beneficiaries to be able to stand on their own by special grace of ALLAH.

HON ADAMAWA plan for community development just as he has an interest in improving the health, sports, entertainment, cultural heritage, and social services across board, is a turning point in terms of representation for Saki East/West & Atisbo Federal Constituency. As noted earlier, Saki East/West/Atisbo has not done well in drawing benefits as done by other 13 constituencies in the state, and looking at ADAMAWA plans showed he is not leaving anything to chance to ensure that what is lost in the past is recovered.

And to seal it Up, is the plan for economic diversification, agricultural reforms, and industrial development plan. This plan preface the future of the constituency, as it entails exploring the abundance of potential in the area to unleash opportunities for the people. In essence, this will drive an economic renaissance and even more prosperity for the people.

The truth, which is glaringly evident from the plans of ADAMAWA, is that he had understudied the needs of the people and had already in place, what to match those needs. Even assuring, is his antecedent, which reveals him as someone with the capacity, compassion, and leadership sagacity to deliver on his promises as people of needed Ideologies Surrounding him now will help his esteem acumen towards a satisfactory Chamber. 

It is therefore incumbent on the electorate that cut across the trio of Saki East/West & Atisbo LGA to rise beyond sentiments and entrust their mandate to HON (DR.) LUKUMAN ADISA ADAMAWA , who has shown capacity and readiness to deliver. Hon (Dr.) Luku Adamawa of the PDP is the best man to represent Saki East/West & Atisbo at the hallowed Green Chamber Of Representative and when we go to the poll on February 2023, let entrust him our mandates overwhelmingly to secure the seat for one of us at the Youths Institution.
