SAKIWEST: Councilor Supports People With Cash, Urge Members Of Party To Ensure Electoral Victory For PDP Candidates



 The member representing Ward 01 at The Saki West Legislative Council Hon Salaudeen Soliu Abiodun doled out N5000 cash to each Eleven people in the Ward meeting held at Ayekale Community secondary school, Saki.


Speaking at the meeting, Hon Soliu Abiodun said this package was in line with his good gestures to appreciate the Party members for their continuous support been for the past years since his inception as their representative.

 He further advised that the beneficiaries of this cash gift should make use of the money judiciously and said the money might seem small but if appropriately used can yield higher outcomes. He further promised that this will be continuous and those who have not yet benefited should not feel discouraged because more is yet to happen.


He enjoined the party members (PDP) to ensure that they never relent in showcasing the Good Governance been exhibited by Gov Seyi Makinde, ensuring the competence of all party members and collective efforts as a team to build the Nigeria of our dreams competent.

 However, we must ensure Ward 01 deliver our Votes massively for PDP and her candidates at all levels. Furthermore, a leader of the party in Ward 01 and former minority Leader of Oyo state House of Assembly Hon Rafiu Adekunle, commended the councillor for the gesture, he added that the package, involved a lot of financial sacrifice in this time of economic recession and, therefore, called on the beneficiaries to make profitable use of the money

In response to Dr. Lasisi Olagunju's comment, the commissioner, Prince Dotun Oyelade, claimed that within the last five years, Governor Seyi Makinde constructed roads totaling 150km, allowing travel from Ibadan to Ogbomosoland without touching a federal road. Prince Dotun Oyelade specifically said: "As a matter of fact, " you can now ply the Ibadan-Iseyin road and from Iseyin to Ogbomosoland, a distance of 150km without stepping on a federal road; all constructed by Gov.
