SAKIWEST: Councilor Ward 11 Empowered Constituents With Cash


The member representing Ward 11 in Saki West Local Government legislative councilor, Hon Saheed Hammed had supported the family whose their house got burnt with N20,000 and gave out a token of N5,000 to fifteen (15) selected people in his ward.


Speaking during the Ward's meeting held at Isale-taba Saki, Hon Saheed noted that this gesture was part of his efforts to reach out to his people at Ward 11 and to show overwhelming appreciate of their support so far since he was elected to represent them.

He enjoined that the money will enable them to improve in their small scale businesses, he added that if the money is used appropriately, it can yield higher outcomes and also to support their families and others around them.

He commended the party stakeholders as well as PDP members in Ward 11 for the House to House campaign activities embarked upon by them, assuring that the results will speak electoral victory for all PDP candidates in Ward 11.


Hon Saheed Hammed further encouraged the members who have not make the list of beneficiaries to exercise patient as he is planning to extend more of this gesture in accordance to his package to give back to his constituents, he added that everyone will be rewarded and be given a chance to feel the impact of dividends of democracy.
