SAKIWEST: Supervisory Councilor For Work & Transport Surprise Constituents With Mobile Phones.

 


The Member of Saki West Local Government Executive Council, Hon Waliu Adebayo Adekunle also knowns as Rigogo has put smile on the face of his constituents today as he give out second phase of mobile phones sharing to people


According to the statement made available to newsmen this evening, Hon Waliu noted that in the course to always give my people in ward (07) the dividends of democracy no matter how minimum or maximum it is and to appreciate their overwhelming support in discharging my responsibilities as honourable supervisory councilor for works and transport.

It would be recalled that Hon. Waliu Adebayo Adekunle has done the first phase of this great package few months ago, the second phase which held today at Ward 07 weekly meeting, he said i continue with my humanitarian path ( second phase) by giving out mobile phones to the people of my ward based on their request. 


Speaking during the presentation of second phase of his package, Hon Waliu said I fulfilled my pledge to the people because some of the beneficiaries were unable to benefit in the first phase and as I promised them that very soon, they will join the list of the beneficiaries but we praise God Almighty that the promise has come to fulfilment today.

Rigogo added that, mobile phones are specifically meant for everyone's either youth, middle aged or old person and i believe with this social welfare intervention, it will go a long way to eradicate the gap of communications between the beneficiaries and their love one's. 


Conclusively, Hon Adebayo Rigogo encourage other politician's that they must always remember to be a good  servant leader regardless of political office he or she is holding and use the position judiciously.

In response to Dr. Lasisi Olagunju's comment, the commissioner, Prince Dotun Oyelade, claimed that within the last five years, Governor Seyi Makinde constructed roads totaling 150km, allowing travel from Ibadan to Ogbomosoland without touching a federal road.
