  Oyo state House of Assembly has suspended the Chairperson of Olorunsogo local government, Mrs Oluwakemi Juliana Akanni Ika and the Vice chairperson, Hon Badmus Mutiu Adesoji for two weeks. This is coming following petitions from the traditional council and the members of the executive council of the local government area. The House directed the leader of the Olorunsogo local government legislative arm, Mr Bamikunle Ezekiel Adetunji to take over to enable the Committee of the House to investigate the allegations levelled against them. Ibadan North Local Government of Oyo state is set to equipped over One Hundred and Sixty unemployed youth, trained in various acquisition skills with start-up grants. The youth which was drawn from all the 12 political wards of the local government learnt skills ranging from Catering, Tailoring, Shoe and Bag Making, ICT among others.
